What are our apprenticeship opportunities?

Epwin offers a wide range of apprenticeship programmes across our business. Our programmes offer an excellent way of ensuring that we identify and nurture the best talent.

We work in partnership with a variety of training providers who connect and develop promising young people interested in apprenticeships with manufacturing employers like Epwin who are looking to take on their next generation of leaders.

  • You will receive the most up-to-date training, both in classroom/online learning and practical, hands-on skills.
  • You will be specifically trained in our company’s culture, processes and technologies
  • Up to four years of in-depth development and mentoring (depending on what Apprenticeship programme you take)
  • Practical and theory training
  • Key job specific skills training
  • The chance to earn a competitive weekly apprentice wage

Apprenticeships skills:

Apprenticeships give you the key skills, experience and qualifications to be successful in your chosen field, whilst getting paid.

At the end of your apprenticeship you will be competent, qualified and safe with a variety of experience.

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Meeting deadlines
  • Organisation
  • Team working

Apprenticeships would suit someone who:

  • has a clear idea of the type of career they wish to pursue
  • is willing to commit to work and study, but would prefer a more practical and work-related approach to learning
  • is organised and has the ability to cope with the competing demands of work and academic study at the same time
